## `omniarc env push`

Replace the arc's .env with a file, byte for byte, or with several merged into one. The files themselves are never bundled.

Set one variable. The value is read from stdin (or typed, unechoed, at a terminal), never from the command line, so it stays out of shell history. A value with a quote or a newline needs `env push`.
